Steve Stoner is the founder of ioFlow Technology, LLC, a Certified Veteran Owned Small Business, with a focus on IT Technology. ioFlow Technology offers a broad portfolio of innovative solutions by providing technical support to healthcare organizations to improve their overall performance. The ioFlow team is able to streamline optimal patient centric outcomes, focusing on best-in-class customer experiences achieved through excellence.

Before devoting his work fulltime to ioFlow Technology, Steve served as the Facility Chief Information Officer (FCIO) for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Indianapolis, Indiana. In his role as FCIO Steve was responsible for leading IT Service, Personnel and Business Management, Customer and Tech Support, IT Project Management/Analysis, as well as Policy and Planning. One of his greatest accomplishments during his time here was leading the Medical Team to ten (10) College of Healthcare Management Executives (CHIME) most wire awards. An accomplishment that recognizes those organizations that demonstrate excellence in IT implementation and innovation.

Steve is a proud disabled service-connected U.S. Air Force Veteran. During a career in Information Technology that spans over three decades within the Veterans Administration Medical Center environment (including Department of Defense and Chief Information Office of VA for the New Jersey Healthcare System), he has established a reputation as a trusted executive with proven leadership skills required in providing consultation in IT Service Management to healthcare facilities. During his time with Department of Defense, Steve volunteered to deploy to Saudi Arabia as part of the IT team in support of the military transportation command resupply mission the Gulf War (Desert Shield/Desert Storm).

Steve has a passion for mentoring veterans, including educating and assisting with obtaining their veterans benefits.
